Landed does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or browsing data. It uses no analytics, trackers, cookies, or advertising.
Landed reads the listed price on supported auction pages (Bring a Trailer, Cars & Bids, and Car & Classic) solely to calculate and display an estimated all-in cost in Canadian dollars. This processing happens entirely on your device. Page content is never sent anywhere.
Your preferences (such as province and which cost line-items to include) are stored locally in your browser via Chrome's storage API. If you have Chrome sync enabled, they sync only through your own Google account. The developer has no access to them.
The extension's only network request is to a public exchange-rate service (open.er-api.com) to retrieve current currency rates. This request contains no personal or identifying information beyond the standard network metadata sent by any web request.
No user data is sold or shared with third parties. No data is used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
